Yes, all our transactions are secure thanks to our partner Shopify.
How to use a promo code? To apply a promo code, simply enter it in the “promotional code” field in your cart. Note: You can only use one promo code at a time. Please contact our customer service - moogoopet@gmail.com if you encounter any difficulty using your promo code.
What if my payment is rejected? The credit card authorization could have failed for several reasons:
x error on number, date or CVV code
x problem with the card or your bank
Two possibilities are available to you in this case:
x you can try to make the payment again with your card
x you can contact your bank directly
Please wait at least 5 minutes before seeing these two options appear on your account.
Your Paypal payment failed:
x You can directly renew your payment by accessing your paypal account.
