How long does it take for delivery?
To view different delivery options and associated prices, simply add products to your cart and enter your postcode. Please find below the general delivery times of our different carriers in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg:

Home delivery: Colissimo 3 to 5 days

Home delivery: GLS 2 to 3 days.

In-store collection address: 10 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin, 75009 (Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except public holidays).
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam to make sure it hasn't gotten lost.
Shipping times for products in stock: once the confirmation email is sent, the order will be prepared within 2 to 3 days by the Moogoo team.
